Imagine you're part of a close-knit community but struggling to access the health and care services you need. This is a reality for many people, and Aman decided it was time to bridge that gap. Connecting individuals with the right help and support can be tough, especially when language or access barriers come into play.

Together with members of his community, Aman put together user-friendly instructional videos on using the NHS App, help on getting a laptop, information in different languages, and help around affordable internet options.

Through Aman's dedication and use of these personalised resource collections, he’s been part of the solution to help improve access to health and care information in his community. They now have the tools and knowledge to use the NHS App and access other essential services. Aman has also been able to save time by creating and sharing these collections with his community.

But that's not all. Aman's efforts recently inspired a dedicated volunteer fluent in Arabic to host viewing sessions of translated NHS App bite-sized videos at a local community centre. These sessions brought groups of women together, giving them the opportunity to watch educational videos and seek clarification.

The results have been amazing. In just a few weeks, his collection was viewed over 1,200 times. What's even more heartening is that the Arabic content alone received more than 150 views, and that's not counting the many attendees during the volunteer-led sessions. These numbers are a testament to the positive impact that Aman and his team are creating in the community through engagement and education. That’s more people being able to access vital information and services as a direct result of his approach.
